Haverhill Kicks Off 375th Birthday Tonight; Continues Friday-Sunday

Haverhill kicks off its 375th anniversary tonight with a YesterYear Ball and tickets were still available as of this morning.

The event begins at 5 p.m. at DiBurro’s Function Facility, 887 Boston Road. Although not required, participants are encouraged to wear costumes from any era. Music is being provided by the B-Street Bombers. Dinner, games, dancing, costume judging and raffle are also on the agenda. In fact, the raffle prize is a large screen television that will remain on during the night for diehard Patriots fans.

Tickets are $35 per person and may be purchased online at activityreg (choose Haverhill, then Register, Programs and Activities, YesterYear Ball), at the Citizens Center (second floor) or at the door. If planning to buy at the door, email Kerry Fitzgerald at [email protected] to reserve a ticket.
