Two Face Shoplifting Charges in Separate Arrests

Two Haverhill women face shoplifting charges, among others, following separate arrests by Haverhill police over the weekend.

According to police, Rachael E. Ferguson, 27, of 361 Farrwood Drive, Haverhill, was arrested at 6:57 p.m., Saturday, at CVS Pharmacy, 150 Lafayette Square. She was charged with shoplifting and possession of a class E drug. She was also taken into custody on an outstanding warrant charging her with shoplifting and using a motor vehicle without authority.

At 1 p.m., Sunday, Stacy J. Faragi, 49, of 150 How St., Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill police at 200 Main St. She was charged with shoplifting, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Both are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

In other police news, a man listed by police as homeless is due in court to face charges including misdemeanor breaking and entering in the daytime. Haverhill police report Albert Pepin, 60, was arrested at 10:06 a.m., Saturday, at 87 Shattuck St. In addition to breaking and entering, he is charged with a miscellaneous statutory violation under an outstanding warrant.

The latest warrant sweep by Haverhill police Friday lead to the separate arrests of three people on unrelated charges.

According to police, Stephanie J. Dall, 36, of Salisbury, was arrested at 7:56 p.m., Friday, at Main and Montgomery streets on a warrant charging her with possession of a class A drug.

Earlier, at 2:35 p.m., Friday, police arrested Tracy Winslow, 43, of 568 Hadley West Drive, unit 206, Haverhill, on a warrant for driving after license suspension. The arrest occurred at 500 Hadley West Drive.

Also, Mark Cuevas, 27, of 12 Broadway, Haverhill, was taken into custody at 12:36 p.m., Friday, at the intersection of River and Niagara streets on a warrant for disorderly conduct.
