Warrant arrests by Haverhill police Tuesday result in three local residents facing separate, unrelated charges in district court.
Police report Nicholas Messina, 23, listed as homeless, was arrested at 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, at the intersection of Vine and Pentucket streets. Under three outstanding warrants, he was charged with larceny over $25, possession of a class A drug, driving with a suspended license and a marked lanes violation.
Also, Ryan Cehlov, 20, of 49 Varnum St., unit 3, Haverhill, was arrested at 7:15 p.m., Tuesday, on Winter Street on a warrant charging him with assault and battery.
Emily Maldonado, 21, of 62 Harrison St., Haverhill, was arrested on Winter Street at 10:15 p.m., Tuesday on a warrant charging her with unlicensed motor vehicle operation.
