Michael G. Foisy, 64, a life long resident of Haverhill, died after a brief illness Thursday, Aug. 21, at Merrimack Valley Health Center in Amesbury. He was the son of John B. and the late Florence R. (Fortier) Foisy.
He was born on Feb. 1, 1951 and was a graduate of Haverhill High School and attended Northern Essex Community College.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his brother, Melvin Foisy and his wife, Natalie of Lawrence; two nephews, Ryan Foisy of Lawrence and Keith Foisy and his wife, Kerri of Methuen and their daughter, Charlotte Rose.
At the request of his family a graveside service will be privately held in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Haverhill. Arrangements are by Linnehan-Grondin Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill.
