Kurt H. Watts, 51, of Dover., N.H., and a former longtime resident of Groveland, died unexpectedly Thursday, Aug. 20, at home. He was the son of Henry and Marjorie (Roy) Watts of Atkinson, N.H.
Born in Haverhill on April 5, 1964, he attended Groveland schools and Pentucket Regional High School. He was employed for many years with Zoll Medical Company of Chelmsford as a Bio-Medical Technician. He was an avid fisherman, hunter and a “jack of all trades.” Watts was a dog lover and leaves behind his beloved Elsa and Gracie.
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by his three sisters, Michelle Watts and her husband, Michael Maroney of Haverhill, Nancie Conlon of Atkinson, N.H. and Sherry Cann and her husband, Larry of Haverhill as well as several nieces, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A funeral service takes place Wednesday, Aug 26, at Groveland Congregational Church, 4 King St., at 11 a.m. Calling hours will be Tuesday, Aug. 25th in the Linnehan-Grondin Funeral Home, 129 Kenoza Ave., Haverhill from 4 to 7 p.m.
