Ann B. (Smith) Azzarito, 78, of Haverhill and formerly of Newburyport passed away Friday, Aug. 7, at Holy Family Hospital, Methuen.
She was born in Haverhill July 15, 1937, daughter of the late John and Mary (Hanson) Smith. Azzarito was the wife of the late James Azzarito who passed away in January of this year and is survived by her children Lori and her husband Craig Dubreuil of Springfield, Vt., Lisa and her husband James Jaser of Simsbury, Conn., James Azzarito Jr. and his wife Susan of New Canaan, Conn., Ann and her husband Thomas Schaefer of Groveland, and Mary Azzarito and her husband Gus del Puerto of Salem; 12 grandchildren: Nicole, Christopher, Alex, Hanna, Jenna, Lyssette, Brooke, Nicholas, Collin, Emily, Michael and John; great grandchild Logan; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Jack Smith, and is survived by her sisters Dorothea Chisnall and Susan Donahue, and her brothers Richard Smith and Joseph Smith.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation Thursday, Aug. 13, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St. Haverhill.
