Police Charge Four with Drug Offenses

Four people, including a Raymond, N.H. woman, face various drug-related charges in separate arrests by Haverhill police Friday.

Police report Georgiana Pandelena, 28, of Raymond, N.H., was arrested at 8:12 p.m., Friday, at 173 River St. She was charged with trafficking a class A drug.

Earlier, at 4:50 p.m., Friday, police arrested Mark Donn, 31, of 127 Winter St., unit 12, Haverhill, at home on a warrant charging him with distribution of a class A drug. He was also charged with possession of classes A and B drugs with intent to distribute.

Also, Leonard Marquez, 58, of 34 Hall St., unit 1, Haverhill, was arrested at 9:35 a.m., Friday, on Railroad Avenue. He was charged with possession of a class A drug with intent to distribute. He was also taken into custody on a warrant charging him with possession of a class A drug with intent to distribute (subsequent offense).

A fourth, Jason E. Hamel, 31, of 26 Front St., Haverhill, was arrested at home at 11:35 a.m., Friday, on three warrants charging him with possession of classes A, B and E drugs and driving after license suspension.
