Three Haverhill residents were to be arraigned in district court Monday on drug dealing charges after their early morning arrests by Haverhill police detectives.
According to police, Francisco Fernandez, 32 and Natasha Trongeau, 25, both of 25 Arch Ave., Haverhill, and Samantha Trongeau, 26, of 7 Baldwin St., Haverhill, were arrested at 6:30 a.m., Monday, at 25 Arch Ave. Each is charged with possession of a class A drug with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
