Police Arrest 23-Year-Old on Drug Dealing, Related Charges

A Haverhill man is to be arraigned in district court on drug dealing, theft and motor vehicle charges after his arrest over the weekend on three outstanding warrants.

According to Haverhill police, Dennis Dicicco, 23, of 54 Fifth Ave., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 2:25 p.m., Friday, at home. Under the warrants, he is charged with distribution of a class B drug, possession of a class B drug, receiving stolen property over $250, possession of a class A drug, driving under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.

Two Haverhill motorists face drunk driving charges in connection with separate arrests by Haverhill police Friday.

Haverhill police report Christopher Rackleef, 41, of Vine Street, Haverhill, was arrested at 9:25 p.m., Friday, on Vine Street. He was charged with driving under the influence of liquor, driving with a suspended license and an open container violation.

Earlier Friday, at 11 a.m., Haverhill police arrested Luis Berrios-Fuentes, 25, of 74 Bellevue Ave., unit 1, Haverhill, at home on a warrant charging him with driving under the influence of liquor, failure to stop for a police officer, driving without a license and a marked lanes violation.

A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in court on assault charges after his arrest stemming from a disturbance early Saturday. According to Haverhill police, Edwin Rozen, 24, of 17 Dover St., Haverhill, was arrested at 2:45 a.m., Saturday, on Wingate Avenue. He was charged with assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Also, a Haverhill man was to be arraigned after being arrested Friday on a warrant charging him with violation of a state sanitary code. Haverhill police report Keith Rogers, 47, of 189 River St., unit 1, was taken into custody at noon, Friday, at home. No further details were available by deadline.
