An Atkinson, N.H. man, arrested by Haverhill police on motor vehicle charges Tuesday night, is due to appear in district court.
According to police, Jason Chingros, 36, of Atkinson, was arrested during a traffic stop at 9:50 p.m., Tuesday, on Main Street at the junction of Interstate 495. He was charged with failure to stop for police and cited for a marked lanes violation.

A Haverhill teenager is facing drug-related and disorderly conduct charges, among others, after his arrest by Haverhill police late Monday night. According to police, a 16-year old male was arrested at 10:30 p.m., Monday, at the intersection of Marshland and Lawrence streets. He was charged with possession of a class C drug, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and threats to commit a crime (assault and battery). His identity is being withheld due to his age.
A Lawrence woman was taken into custody Monday evening by Haverhill police on an outstanding warrant charging her with failure to attend jury duty. Police report Ana Diaz, 33, of Lawrence, was arrested at 8:50 p.m., Monday, at 371 Lowell Ave.
