A man listed by Haverhill police as homeless is due to be arraigned in district court on assault-related charges after his arrest Monday evening in connection with a disturbance at Holy Family Hospital at Merrimack Valley, 140 Lincoln Ave.
According to Haverhill police, John O’Donnell, 49, last known address in Woburn, was arrested at 5 p.m., Monday, on charges of disorderly conduct, assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
In other police news, a Haverhill man is due to appear in court after his arrest Monday afternoon on an unspecified warrant.
Haverhill police report Jose Sanchez, 30, of 8 Tenth Ave., Haverhill, was taken into custody at 2:21 p.m., Monday, at the intersection of River and Forest streets.
