Residents Face Felony Breaking and Entering, Theft, Fraud Charges

Three people, including a Lawrence man, are facing theft-related charges in separate investigations which lead to their arrests Friday.

According to Haverhill police, Harris Dad, 20, of 62 Portland St., Haverhill, was arrested at 1:43 a.m., Friday, at home. He was charged with felony breaking and entering in the nighttime and larceny under $250.

Later, at 11:13 a.m., Friday, Rasheed Antoine, 20, of Lawrence, was arrested at the intersection of Water and Bond Streets. He was charged with larceny over $250 and using a disguise to obstruct.

Also, Haverhill police arrested Jennifer Collette, 41, of 7 ½ Rose St., Haverhill, on a warrant at 3:05 p.m., Friday, charging her with credit card fraud. The arrest occurred at 99 Main Street.

In other police news, two Haverhill residents face disorderly conduct charges in separate police investigations which lead to their arrests Sunday evening.

Haverhill police report Lisa Kelley, 46, of 96 Winter St.,Haverhill, was arrested at 7:40 p.m., Sunday, on White Street. She was charged with a single count of disorderly conduct.

Also, at 8:50 p.m., Sunday, Matthew Hawkins, 24, of 25 Dover St., Haverhill, was taken into custody on two warrants charging him with disorderly conduct and larceny over $250. The arrest took place on Bailey Boulevard.

A Haverhill man is due in court to face an assault charge after his arrest by police Sunday evening. According to Haverhill police, Haverhill police, John P. White III, 49, of 8 Haverhill St., Haverhill, was arrested at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, at home. He was charged with simple assault and battery.

Also, a Lawrence man is due to appear in Haverhill District Court on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. Haverhill police report Ronald Marino, 32, of Lawrence, was taken into custody at 11:11 a.m., Sunday, at 8 Victor St.

Three Haverhill teenagers are accused of burglarizing parked motor vehicles in the Lawrence street area early Saturday morning. According to Haverhill police, three 15-year old males were arrested at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, on Lawrence Street in the vicinity of Brockton Avenue. Each is charged with breaking and entering larceny from a motor vehicle, breaking and entering a motor vehicle and possession of burglarious tools. The identities of the three are being withheld due to their age. They are due to face the charges in a juvenile court session.
