Man Faces Charges of Assault, Daytime Breaking and Entering

A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in court on assault-related charges after an investigation by Haverhill police lead to his arrest Sunday.

Haverhill police report Shane Mambro, 45, of 463 South Main St., Haverhill, was arrested at 11:30 a.m., Sunday, at police headquarters, 40 Bailey Boulevard. He was charged with breaking and entering in the daytime and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (rings).

In other police news, an Andover man accused of vandalizing a motor vehicle in Haverhill Sunday evening will face court arraignment after his arrest by Haverhill police. According to police, Bryan Stanley, 22, of Andover, was arrested at 7:41 p.m., Sunday, at 135 Pilling St. He was charged with one count of malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Two people, including a Danville, N.H. man, face various unrelated charges after separate arrests Sunday evening under outstanding warrants.

Haverhill police report Lucio Gomez, 52, of 74 Washington St., unit 255, Haverhill, was taken into custody at 5:30 p.m., Sunday, on Wingate Street. Under two warrants, he is charged with larceny over $250 and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident with property damage.

Also, David Tillberg, 31, of Danville, was arrested on Winter Street on three warrants charging him with, among others, two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250.
