Three Haverhill residents are due in court to face charges in connection with arrests by police during three separate disturbance investigations over the weekend.
Haverhill police report Chayanne Toldedo, 24, of 335 Washington St., Haverhill, was arrested at 5 a.m., Saturday, at home. He is charged with disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property over $250, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.
Later, at 9:44 p.m., Saturday, David Jackson, 40, of 53 Kenoza St., Haverhill, was arrested at home on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Also, Phoebe Holtmon, 60, of 14 Washington St., Haverhill, was arrested at 9:59 p.m., Friday, on Merrimack Street. She was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
