Dana Corr Fields, 24, Victim of I-495 Motorcycle Accident

Dana Corr Fields, 24, of Haverhill, died Thursday, June 25,  in a motorcycle accident on Interstate 495.

He was born in Newburyport May 4, 1991, son to Dana A. Fields and Linda L. (Corr) Fields of Haverhill. He graduated from Whittier Regional Vocational Technical High School in 2009. He was employed as a licensed electrician for Stilian Electric Inc. He enjoyed skiing, golfing, hockey, volleyball, riding his motorcycle and weekends spent with his close friends in Maine boating and riding his side by side. Most of all Dana loved big gatherings with the people he loved, whether it was Christmas with all the families getting together, or Fourth of July at the lake with all his friends and their families. Recently he spent most of his free time working on his house with his father.

In addition to his parents, Fields is survived by his maternal grandmother, Lorraine Corr of Bradford, aunts and uncles include Earl and Connie Corr of Bradford, Anne Wholley of Bradford, John and Lisa Thibault of Haverhill, Russell and Robin Corr of Haverhill, Melinda Fields and Tim Healey of West Newbury, Duncan and Tina Fields of Newburyport, John Fields of King George, Virg., as well as many great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins. He also leaves a “special” niece and nephew Lilly and Connor Marshall of Merrimack, N.H.. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Earl Corr and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Fields.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the calling hours Tuesday, June 30, from 4 to 8 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 210 South Main St. His Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday morning, July 1, at 10 a.m., at Sacred Hearts Church, 165 South Main St. Interment will follow in the Elmwood Cemetery, Bradford. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Fr. Roy Shea, c/o Haverhill Bank, or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
