Haverhill Woman Faces Credit Card-Related Theft Charges

A Haverhill woman is facing multiple theft charges, allegedly involving the use of a stolen credit card, following her arrest by Haverhill police Monday.

According to police, Erica Fanaras, 33, of 108 Presidential Drive, Haverhill, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant at 11:55 a.m., Monday, at 170 Washington St. Under the warrant, she is charged with four counts of larceny under $250; four counts of uttering and one count of larceny of a credit card.

In other police news,  a Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in district court on motor vehicle and weapon-related charges as a result of his arrest Monday night. According to Haverhill police, Angel Gomez, 28, of 36 Vine St., Haverhill, was arrested at 8:39 p.m., Monday, at home. He was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession of a stun gun.

A Lawrence man is due to appear in Haverhill District Court on police charges including attempted breaking and entering after his arrest Monday evening. Haverhill police report Robert Zuill, 44, of Lawrence, was arrested at 5:45 p.m., Monday, at 17 Beacon St. He was also taken into custody on an unspecified outstanding warrant.

Also, a Haverhill man was taken into police custody Monday afternoon on a charge of being a fugitive from justice. Haverhill police report Francisco Falu, 51, of 25 Vine St., Haverhill, was arrested at 1:57 p.m., Monday, at home. He is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court
