The Haverhill Public Library is hosting an exhibit by Cindi Gianopoulos during the months of June and July.

Gianopoulos is a local business owner who has spent much time away in tropical and captivating places. These places have inspired her over the past two decades to delve into photography, both underwater and above. She is captivated by the colors, textures, and detail that surround her, according to library officials.

Gianopoulos studied photography privately and at Northern Essex Community College under the instruction of Jodi Sammons-Feil.

The exhibit may be seen in the second floor gallery during regular library hours, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The library will be closed Saturday, June 27; Friday and Saturday, July 3 and 4, for the 4th of July holiday. The library is also closed Sundays until Oct. 18.
