Ann F. (LaGrange) Thibault, 78, Former IRS Purchasing Manager

Ann F. (LaGrange) Thibault, 78, of Greenland, N.H., formerly of Haverhill, passed away Sunday, June 14, at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital surrounded by her family, after a two month battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late William F. and Anna G. (Sullivan) LaGrange. Educated in Lawrence she was a graduate of St. Patricks High School Class of 1954. She met and married Bernard E. Thibault and raised her family in Haverhill. Thibault was employed as a purchasing manager for the Internal Revenue Service, Andover. She was an avid traveler and especially loved the beach. She was a member of the Hampton Walkers Club, the Mother of Twins Club and loved to shop. She looked forward to spending the holidays with her family and lived for the fun and times spent with them.

The widow of Bernard E. Thibault, who passed away in 2002, she leaves her children, Ann Marie Brooks of Greenland, N.H.; Bernard J. Thibault and Jean Psyhos of Stratham, N.H.; James M. Thibault of Haverhill; Carol J. Plourde of Haverhill; John R. Thibault and his wife Lisa of Haverhill; a sister, Barbara (LaGrange) Sullivan of North Andover; grandchildren, Edward Bigelow, Melissa Sisson, Jason and Jeremy Plourde, Christina and Nate DiGloria, KevinThibault and Derek and his fiance, Katelynne Epstein and Cayla Thibault,; great grandchildren, Edward J. Bigelow III, Dante Grassie, Nitalia Bigelow, Shamus and Jackson Plourde, Aimee Thibault, and Nathanael Finnegan DiDiGloria, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son William Thibault, her daughter in law Mary “Betsy” Thibault and brother William LaGrange.

Family and friends are invited to visiting hours Wednesday, June 17, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the Kevin B. Comeau Funeral Home, 486 Main St., Haverhill. Funeral services will begin at 10 a.m.,  Thursday, from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11 a.m., at St. James Church, Winter Street, Haverhill. Burial will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Haverhill.
