Plaistow Man Faces Drugged Driving Charges

A Plaistow, N.H. motorist is facing a charge of impaired driving in connection with an overnight arrest by Haverhill police.

The male driver, whose age was not listed on a police log, was taken into custody at 2:13 a.m., Wednesday, at 59 Plaistow Road. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.

In other police news, two Haverhill men were taken into custody Tuesday in separate warrant arrests. Specific charges under the warrants were not listed. According to Haverhill police, Erick Deleon, 34, of 106 Presidential Drive, Haverhill, was arrested at 11:20 a.m., Tuesday, at home. Later, at 12:55 p.m., Mark Nici, 46, of 63 Kathy Drive, Haverhill, was arrested at Winnekenni Park.
