Haverhill Woman, 26, Faces Charges of Heroin, Cocaine Dealing

A Haverhill woman is due to be arraigned in district court on drug-related charges, including trafficking of heroin, as the result of an investigation by Haverhill police detectives.

According to police, Jillian E. Shay, 26, of Haverhill, was arrested by Haverhill detectives at 6:30 p.m., Wednesday, at 42 Bellevue Ave. She was charged with trafficking heroin, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws and with a drug violation near a park.

In other police news, two area women face underage alcohol-related charges after their arrests by Haverhill police detectives Wednesday evening at Central Plaza, 2 Water St. Haverhill police report Holly Lancey, 19, of Merrimac and Nicole Hovan, 18, of Plaistow, N.H., were arrested at 6:15 p.m., Wednesday. Each is charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol. Lancey is additionally charged with carrying a false identification and with two counts of procuring alcohol.

A Boston woman was arrested Wednesday morning on multiple warrants at Haverhill police headquarters, 40 Bailey Boulevard. According to police, Wyeesaymah Hankerson, 21, of Boston, was taken into custody at 10:15 a.m., Wednesday. Under four outstanding warrants, she is charged with larceny over $250, sexual conduct for a fee, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and two counts each for a number plate violation and for defective vehicle equipment.

Kevin Middeton, 53, 20 Park St., Lynn, warrant, violation of restraining order, 12:19 p.m., 40 Bailey Boulevard.

Keith Shain, 46, 414 Main St., Hampstead, N.H., operation after license revocation, speeding, 3:55 p.m., at Main and Baltimore streets.

Jennifer Lee Huertas, 41, 58 Arch St., Haverhill, operation after license suspension, no registration in possession, 5:30 p.m., Broadway.
