Linda (Carpinone) Sarofian, 68, of Haverhill, passed away Monday, May 18, at her home.
She was born in Haverhill, April 2, 1947 to the late Anthony and Mary (DeDominicis) Carpinone. Sarofian was educated in the Haverhill school system graduated from Haverhill High School with the class of 1965. She was employed at Raytheon from 1984 to 1998. She worked on the Patriot Missile Program that succeeded in production during the first gulf war. She was later employed at Textron Missile Defense Systems, Wilmington, for a number of years. She enjoyed shopping, cooking and spending countless hours with her grandchildren.
Sarofian was predeceased by her husband Daniel who passed away in 2009. She is survived by her son Justin Sarofian and his wife Rebecca of Watertown and her grandchildren, Gabriel and Rachael, as well as several brothers and sisters in law.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her calling hours Saturday, May 23, from 9 to 10:45 a.m. at the H.L Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St. Haverhill. Her Funeral Service will follow the calling hours at 11 in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
