Pedestrian Seriously Injured in Alleged Drunk Driving Accident

A pedestrian is in reportedly serious condition after being struck by an alleged drunk driver around 10, last night, near CVS Pharmacy, 259 Main St.

Terra Heimbold, 30, of 350 Washington St., was charged with driving while under the influence of liquor. Police have not yet released the name of the victim

Lieutenant Stephen J. Doherty and Patrolman Zachary Phair were at the scene.

In other police news, David Laimg, 42, 103 Portland St., was charged with breaking and entering and larcent at 9:40 a.m., Thursday, at Fourth Avenue and Main Street. Later, at 11 a.m., at the police station, he was additionally charged with distribution of stolen property. His occupation is listed as landscaper.

George Warner, 44, of 91 Ninth Ave., was charged with possession of a class A drug with intent to distribute and driving a motor vehicle after revocation of his driver’s license, at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, on Hale Street.
