A Methuen man is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District court Monday after his arrest over the weekend on assault and weapon-related charges. Haverhill Police report Luis Pabon, 41, of Methuen was arrested at 4 p.m., Friday, at 42 Bellevue Ave. He was charged with assault and battery with a da
