A woman nominated to be teacher of the year last year has been charged with trying to sell pills and cocaine. Amanda Roche, 27, of 119 Webster St., Haverhill, was arrested after Haverhill Police narcotics detectives and street crimes officers executed a search warrant at 9 p.m., last night, at he
