A Haverhill man is facing a sexual assault charge after his arrest by police Thursday on a probation warrant.
Haverhill Police report Gary Nelson, 46, of Haverhill, was arrested at 10 a.m., Thursday, at 663 Riverside Ave., after an investigation.. He is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on a charge of indecent assault and battery on a child.
