Norton C. Garrett Jr., 65, of Haverhill, passed away Saturday, March 14, at the VA Hospital, West Roxbury. He was born in Haverhill May 31, 1949, son of the late Norton C. and Elizabeth (Short) Garrett. He was raised and educated in Haverhill and attended Haverhill High School and Northern Essex
