Methuen Seeks Help Identifying Bank Robbery Suspect

Police in Methuen are asking the public’s identifying a bank robbery suspect.

Police said the robbery occurred at about 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, at Santander Bank, 125 Merrimack Street, Methuen. The suspect is described as a white male, 6’1″, large build wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, black face-mask, dark sweatpants and black sneakers. The suspect fled the area in a white Kia Sportage SUV with an unknown license plate. The vehicle was last seen heading westbound on Route 213 toward Interstate 93 southbound. An investigation is ongoing.
