A public hearing session by the Haverhill Planning Board Wednesday evening will consider proposed housing developments in the Ayers Village and Ward Hill sections.

On the board’s meeting agenda, a continuation of a request by Lawrence Palmisano, for Jr Builders, Inc., asking the board approve plans to construct seven single-family homes at 1264 Broadway, known as Delhaven Estates. The property is zoned rural residential. The proposal has been under review by the planning board since last September.

Also, the board will consider a request to revise a 2008 approval of a definitive plan for development on South Pearson Street, off Ferry Road, Ward Hill. Applicant Thomas Hodgson, for Livingstone Development Corp., seeks approval to construct two single-family house lots within a previously designated lot. Proposed revisions include “a less intrusive turn around area than the plan that received planning board approval in 2008.”

The Haverhill Planning Board meets at 7 p.m., Wednesday, in room 202 at Haverhill City Hall.
