A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in court following his arrest on motor vehicle charges Sunday.
According to Haverhill Police, Fednaud Etienne, 26, of Haverhill was arrested at 11:38 a.m., Sunday, at the intersection of Lowell Avenue and Carleton Street. He was charged with unlicensed motor vehicle operation and disguise to obstruct justice.
