A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in district court on a charge of unarmed robbery in connection with an investigation by Haverhill Police which lead to his arrest Tuesday.
Police report Jovino Rivera, 43, of Haverhill, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at 5:40 p.m., Tuesday at 22 Brookdale Lane.
Another Haverhill man is facing a shoplifting charge following his arrest Tuesday afternoon at Central Plaza, 2 Water Street. According to Haverhill Police, Dylan Flanagan, 22, of Haverhill, was arrested at 4:10 p.m., Tuesday on a charge of shoplifting.
