A Haverhill man is due to face drug-related and assault charges after his arrest by Haverhill Police Sunday night. According to police, Edward Alicca, 37, of Haverhill, was arrested at 9:20 p.m., Sunday, at 267 Washington St. He is charged with assault with a dangerous weapon to a witness, malicious damage and possession of class B and E substances. He is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
A Haverhill woman also faces drug-related charges in court following her arrest Sunday afternoon. Haverhill Police report Drew Kimilie, 49, of Haverhill, was taken into custody at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, at 7 Rose St. She is charged with possession of a class E substance and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
In other police news, a Haverhill man is due to be arraigned in court on a third drunk driving offense, according to Haverhill Police. Paul St. George, 60, of Haverhill, was arrested at 9:15 p.m., Saturday, at the intersection of Kenoza and Humphrey Streets. He is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (third offense), an open container violation and a license restriction violation.
A Haverhill woman was arrested Saturday under outstanding warrants charging her with two counts of sex for a fee and trespassing. Haverhill Police report Jesscia C. Cezezo, 29, of Haverhill, was taken into custody at 2:45 p.m., Saturday, at 50 High St.
Sugeiry Ramos, 23, of Haverhill, was taken into custody at 11 a.m., Saturday, on Stage Street. Under five outstanding warrants, she is charged with larceny by check, larceny by false pretense, reckless endangerment to a child, disorderly conduct and threats. No further details were available by deadline.
