Two Haverhill residents are due to be arraigned in district court on charges stemming from separate arrests Monday.
According to Haverhill Police, Alan S. Thibeault, 50, of Haverhill, was arrested at 10 a.m., Monday, at the intersection of Cottage and Willow Street. He was taken into custody on a warrant charging him with shoplifting.
In a separate arrest, police report Andre Lovelace, 23, of Haverhill, was taken into custody at 8p.m, Monday, at 24 Came Ave. on a charge of disturbing the peace.
