A Haverhill man is facing a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence following his arrest Wednesday night. Haverhill Police report Robert Koolian, 59, of Haverhill, was arrested at 8 p.m., Wednesday, on Main Street. He was additionally charged with an inspection sticker violation.
