A Haverhill man is facing a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence following his arrest Wednesday night.
Haverhill Police report Robert Koolian, 59, of Haverhill, was arrested at 8 p.m., Wednesday, on Main Street. He was additionally charged with an inspection sticker violation. He is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court.
Two local men are facing unlicensed driving charges after their arrests on Wednesday in separate police traffic stops. Haverhill Police report Steven Chase, 29, of Haverhill, was arrested at 5:50 p.m., Wednesday, at 1 Washington Avenue. He is charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to yield.
Earlier, at 12:01 a.m., Wednesday, Steven Roman-Ovares,23, of Haverhill was arrested at the intersection of Beach and Wilson Streets. He is charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension (subsequent offense) and a defective equipment violation (tail light).
