Two people, including a Haverhill man, are due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court on charges stemming from separate disturbance incidents Wednesday night.
Haverhill Police report 47-year-old Ronald Cavanaugh of Haverhill was arrested at 8:40 p.m., Wednesday, at 401 Lowell Avenue, near the Westgate shopping plaza. He is charged with disorderly conduct and threats to commit a crime.
In a separate reported disturbance, at 9 p.m., Haverhill police arrested 43-year-old Juan Velez of Lawrence at 127 How Street. He is facing a single count of trespass. No further details were available.
