State Police have identified the Haverhill pedestrian struck and killed on Route 1 in Peabody Tuesday morning.
Noelle Learned-Jemiolo, 33, of Haverhill, was pronounced dead after being transported to Lahey Medical Center. She was struck on the northbound lane of Route 1 in front of Red’s Tavern in Peabody. State Police Trooper Gary Sacco said 51-year-old Brendan Kennedy of Ipswich was driving a 2012 Honda CRV. He was not injured in the crash and no charges have been filed.
The crash remains under investigation with assistance from the State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Section and Crime Scene Services Section. Peabody Police and Fire and Mass DOT assisted state Police on scene.
