A Haverhill man is due to be arraigned on a vandalism charge in Haverhill District Court following his arrest by police Thursday afternoon.
Haverhill Police report 30-year-old Samuel E. Bedient of Haverhill was arrested on a charge of malicious destruction of property over $250. The arrest occurred at 4:25 p.m., Thursday, at 35 Sterling Lane.
