A Haverhill man is facing cocaine trafficking and other drug-related charges in court after his arrest by police late Tuesday morning. Haverhill Police report 30-year-old Jomar Roman of Haverhill was charged with trafficking cocaine and dealing cocaine in a school or park zone. He was also taken
