Mary D. (Thibault) Cerasuolo, 86, a lifelong resident of Haverhill, passed away at her home with her loving family by her side after years of suffering from Alzheimer’s Disease.

She was born in Haverhill, Sept. 23, 1928. daughter of the late, Rene and Mary D. (Butler) Thibault. She attended Tilton grammar and Haverhill High Schools.

As a young woman, Cerasuolo met the love of her life, Angelo Cerasuolo Jr.. They married in 1948 and began what would be a partnership of 60 years until his passing in 2008. She began her career in the local shoe industry but would soon join with her husband in the local flower shop business. Angelo the florist flower business continues to flourish to this day, 64 years and four generations later.

A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Cerasuolo was all about her faith, family, and community. She loved her parish of St. James and raised all of her children in the church. A warm loving lady, always with a smile and something kind to greet you with, she had a great sense of humor and made you feel special in her presence. She would tell you she and Mickey Mouse were the same age as they were born the same year. She remembered fondly growing up in the Mt.
