Haverhill Bank Promotes Ward, Joslin and Tully

Haverhill Bank recently promoted three staff members to new positions at its recent annual shareholders meeting.

Stanley “Stan” R. Ward of Haverhill was promoted to vice president, loan servicing manager; Denise M. Joslin of Bradford to assistant vice president, human resources; and Dorothy “Dede” R. Tully of Danville, N.H., to mortgage officer and underwriter.

“These individuals have been greatly instrumental in the bank’s mission to provide customers with the best services and products available,” said Haverhill Bank President and CEO Thomas L. Mortimer. “Their combined experience and expertise is a resource that is greatly valued at Haverhill Bank, and these promotions reflect that esteem.”

As vice president, loan servicing manager, Ward directly oversees the loan maintenance and customer service operations of the bank’s lending portfolio. Ward has been with Haverhill Bank for two years and has more than 30 years of loan servicing management experience. Prior to joining Haverhill Bank, he served as assistant vice president of loan servicing at River Bank (formerly Lawrence Savings Bank), Lawrence. Ward is a Merrimack Valley native who graduated from North Andover High School and earned an associate degree in business management at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill.

Joslin has been with Haverhill Bank for 30 years. As assistant vice president, human resources, she supervises staffing, employee training, benefits administration, employee relations and compensation. Joslin previously served as executive secretary to the bank president before being promoted to human resource officer in December, 2010. Joslin received her associate degree in business from Northern Essex Community College.

As mortgage officer and underwriter, Tully is responsible for the underwriting process for all residential mortgage and consumer loan products. Tully has been with Haverhill Bank for two years and has 29 years of banking experience. Prior to joining Haverhill Bank, Tully served in both the retail and lending departments at Pentucket Bank. Tully studied accounting and finance at Northern Essex Community College and is a member of the Beta Omicron Chapter of Alpha Beta Gamma.
