Police Charge Four in Separate Haverhill Drug Raids

Four people are facing drug dealing charges from Haverhill Police in connection with two separate raids, Tuesday afternoon, conducted within a 90-minute span.

Haverhill Police report 25-year-old Ashley Johnson of Haverhill was arrested by detectives at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, during a raid at 7 Dupre Ave. A second suspect, 31-year-old Francisco Febles of Haverhill, was taken into custody on Oak Terrace. Each is charged with possession of class B and Class D substances with intent to distribute, conspiracy to violate drug laws, and possession of ammunition. Febles, charged with subsequent drug offenses, is also charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspension.

Haverhill investigators conducted a second drug raid at 3 p.m., Tuesday, at an apartment at 16 Central Street. Arrested were 25-year-old Erik Cartagena and 25-year-old Lesley Laureano, both of Haverhill. Each is charged with possession of class D and class E substances with intent to distriburte, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
