The Haverhill Democratic City Committee is offering rides to the polls on election day, Nov. 4.
Anyone interested in a ride is encouraged to call ahead and make a reservation by calling Dan Speers at (978) 521-5431.
The Committee has opened a Coordinated Campaign Headquarters at 76 Merrimack St., Landmark Building, and has been coordinating election activities from there. The office is open most days from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., as well as some nights and weekends. Anyone interested in volunteering to help out in the Fall campaign may drop in and sign up. Lawn signs and bumper stickers are available for most of the Democratic candidates.
