A Haverhill woman is the third person arrested in two days in connection with a disturbance in the city.
Haverhill Police report 26-year-old Lucienne M. DeOliveira of Haverhill was taken into custody on a warrant at her home on Franklin Street. She is charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. Sunday night, a Haverhill man and a 16-year old juvenile from Newburyport were arrested on similar charges after police responded to a disturbance on Lewis Street.
No further details were made available by police.
