Louis “Tobey” Iaci, 45, Mason

Louis “Tobey” Iaci, 45, of Windham, N.H. passed away unexpectedly on Friday, Oct. 3.

He was born on August 14, 1969 in Methuen, MA the son of Joseph C. and Linda A. (Oliveri) Iaci. He was raised and educated in Methuen and Haverhill. Tobey, or “Big Lou” as he was also affectionately called, had worked as a professional mason for more than 20 years. He had worked most of that time for Gill Gagnon Masonry in Salem, N.H. He was an avid fisherman who enjoyed boating, hiking and camping. He enjoyed spending time with his family and adored his nieces and nephews. He also loved playing challenging board games and was known as the “Stratego Champion.”

Iaci is survived by his wife, Tracie (Dustin) Iaci. His mother, Linda A. (Oliveri) Balles and her husband, Michael of Windham, N.H.; his father, Joseph C. Iaci and his wife, Cynthia of Hudson, Fla.; his sister, Lisa Iaci of Windham, N.H., his brother, Thomas “TJ” Iaci of Maui, Hawaii and his wife, Crystal. Several nieces, nephews and two aunts also survive him. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Louis and Doris (Smart) Oliveri and his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Constance (Grasso) Iaci.

Family and friends are invited to attend Tobey’s Life Celebration on Thursday, Oct. 16,  from 10 to 11:45 AM at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill. Funeral services will follow at the funeral home at noon. Burial will follow the services in Linwood Cemetery in Haverhill
