Police Arrest Four on Various Charges

Four men face charges of driving without a license, among others, in separate arrests Thursday by Haverhill Police.

Police report that among those arrested, 29-year-old Segundo V. Espinoza of Haverhill was also charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, at 1 a.m., Thursday, at 239 Water Street.

Paul Quihonez, 39, of Haverhill was also arrested on an outstanding warrant for driving without a license, at 7:15 p.m., Thursday, at a Main Street intersection.

Under an outstanding warrant, 22-year-old Nicholas Diaz of Lawrence was charged with driving under a suspended license and a marked lanes violation. He was arrested shortly before 9 p.m.,Thursday, on Wellington Street.

A fourth man, 20 year old Zachary Evans of Haverhill, faces a singular charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license. He was arrested shortly before 7 p.m., Thursday, at the intersection of High and Grove Streets.

All are due to appear in Haverhill District Court.
