In Haverhill, the chilly mornings could be a signal for something hot to taste. The Haverhill Fire Fighting Museum is sponsoring its eighth annual “Chili Cook-off,” the museum’s largest annual fundraiser, from 6 to 9 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 27. Individuals, firehouses and restaurants will stir up a
