A Dorchester man accused of heroin distribution is due to be arraigned in Haverhill District Court after an investigation by police detectives in the Highlands neighborhood yesterday.
Haverhill Police report 38-year-old Luis M. Santiago of Dorchester was arrested by detectives at 2 p.m., Monday, at the corner of Kenoza Avenue and Highland Street. He is charged with distribution of a class A substance, heroin, subsequent offense.
An investigation is ongoing.
