Methuen Seeks Public’s Help Finding Home Invasion Suspect

Methuen Police are asking for the public’s help to find a Lawrence man identified as a suspect in an armed home invasion.
In a press release, Methuen Police Chief Joseph E. Solomon said an arrest warrant has been issued for 27-year-old Miguel A. Morales of Lawrence, who is currently on the run. Morales is charged with home invasion with a firearm, and larceny over $250.

Methuen Police said that last Friday at about 9 a.m. a home invasion occurred on Larchwood Road. Two Hispanic males, one armed with a silver firearm, fled with a safe from the residence in a gray 2002 Honda Accord (MA Reg. 347-FZ2).

Chief Solomon said the department worked continually on tracking down leads which ultimately lead to the issuance of a warrant for Morales. He is considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached. Anyone with information in regards to his whereabouts is asked to call the Methuen Police detectives at (978) 983-8677.
