A Haverhill woman is due to be arraigned in court on drunk driving charges following her arrest Sunday. Haverhill Police report 47-year-old Michele M. Tavano of Haverhill was arrested during a traffic stop shortly before 5 p.m., Sunday, at 931 Boston Road. She is charged with operating a motor vehic
