Dorothy (Langan) DiZazzo, 77

Dorothy (Langan) DiZazzo, 77, of Newburyport and formerly of Lawrence, died Sunday, September 8, at Country Rehab., Newburyport.

She was born in Lawrence, June 21, 1937, daughter of the late Everett and Dorothy (Graham) Langan. Educated in the Assumption School, Mrs. DiZazzo attended St. Mary’s High School, Lawrence. For over 28 years she was employed as the assistant manager for the former Loring Studios, Lawrence, and also, along with her late husband, owned and managed two residential buildings in Salisbury for many years. Mrs. DiZazzo moved to Newburyport in 1997.

She was the wife of the late Rudolph DiZazzo and sister of the late Albert and Robert Langan. Her survivors include two sisters, Barbara Pratt and her husband Donald of Epping, N.H., Mary Ann Clarke and her husband David of California as well as several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her calling hours on Saturday, Sept. 13 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the H.L. Farmer & Sons Funeral Home, 106 Summer St., Haverhill.
